ZF LIFETEC in Torreón, MX, seeks a Quality Management Specialist to maintain and audit our Quality Systems, ensuring IATF16949 compliance and customer requirements across the organization. You will coordinate internal audits, track corrective actions, and support external audits to uphold certification.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting and supervising internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the Quality System; maintain IATF 16949 certification.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions from audits.
• Review maintenance of Quality Systems per IATF 16949 requirements.
• Prepare folders or upload to the portal with evidence of compliance.
• Provide support in external third-party and customer audits.
• Comply with Environmental Systems Policies and Procedures.
• Comply with Quality Systems Policies and Procedures.

Purpose of the Role:

Maintain the Quality Systems, performing and supervising internal audits in order to ensure compliance with customer requirements within the Quality System of the company ensuring the certification of the Quality System IATF16949.

Your Tasks

• Conducting and supervising internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the Quality System. - Maintain IATF 16949 quality system certification.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from internal and external audits.
• Review the maintenance of Quality Systems in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949.
• Prepare folders or upload to the portal with evidence of compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide support and assistance in external third party and customer audits.
• Comply with the Environmental Systems Policies and Procedures established by the company.
• Comply with the Quality Systems Policies and Procedures established by the company.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or related field.
• IATF 16949 Quality Systems Knowledge.
• Development of Internal Audits / Development of Work Instructions and Procedures / Specific Client Requirements.
• Training: IATF -16949, CORE TOOLS, VDA 6.3
• Process Audit and VDA 6.5 Product Audit.
• Advance English.
