Belden is seeking a Quality Leader to ensure our Business Unit products meet customer expectations, legal and safety standards. You will develop action plans to improve quality control and align products with design specifications.

You will lead the quality team, analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions while maintaining the Quality System and ISO compliance across production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Leader ensures that all Business Unit products comply with customer expectations, legal and safety standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve quality control processes and ensure conformance with design specifications.
• Analyze failing products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead the quality team to identify defect causes and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and evaluate current production processes.
• Maintain the Quality System and comply with ISO standards and audits.

Summary

Quality Leader ensure that all Business Unit products comply with customer expectations, legal and safety standards.
The Quality leader will be able to develop and implement action plans to improve quality control processes, to assure that all products are in accordance with the design specification. Also is responsible to analyze failing product, find root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid to produce defective products.
Quality manager will lead the quality team in order to guide the team to identify not only material defectiveness but also to find any possible defect cause and prevent it. Monitor and evaluate our current production processes.
Also is responsible to lead the efforts of the team to maintain the Quality System in place, and comply with all ISO Standards and audits.
