Belden Inc. in Mexico seeks a Quality Assurance professional to ensure products meet customer expectations and safety standards, and to develop action plans that improve quality control across the value chain.

You will lead the quality team to identify defects, analyze root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, monitor production processes, and maintain ISO‑compliant quality systems. This role requires close collaboration with production and engineering teams to translate

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all Business Unit products comply with customer expectations, legal and safety standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve quality control processes, ensuring all products conform to design specifications.
• Analyze failing products, find root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid producing defective products.
• Lead the quality team to identify material defectiveness and potential defect causes, and prevent them.
• Monitor and evaluate current production processes.
• Lead efforts to maintain the Quality System and ensure compliance with all ISO standards and audits.
