Belden is seeking a Quality Leader to ensure our Business Unit products meet customer expectations, legal and safety standards. You will develop action plans to improve quality control and align products with design specifications.

You will lead the quality team, analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions while maintaining the Quality System and ISO compliance across production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Leader ensures that all Business Unit products comply with customer expectations, legal and safety standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve quality control processes and ensure conformance with design specifications.
• Analyze failing products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead the quality team to identify defect causes and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and evaluate current production processes.
• Maintain the Quality System and comply with ISO standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Quality Leader ensures that all Business Unit products comply with customer expectations, legal and safety standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve quality control processes, to assure that all products are in accordance with the design specification.
• Analyze failing products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid producing defective products.
• Lead the quality team to identify not only material defectiveness but also any possible defect causes and prevent them.
• Monitor and evaluate current production processes.
• Lead the efforts to maintain the Quality System in place, and comply with all ISO Standards and audits.
