Forvia in Mexico seeks a New Program Quality Engineer in San Juan Del Río, reporting to the Quality group. You will drive launch quality activities, apply APQP and customer-facing quality processes, and support engineering changes from concept to serial life.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree or technical diploma with 3+ years in quality, preferably in automotive launches, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Formación

• Engineer Bachelor or Technical Diploma with equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional quality experience.
• Experience in Launch projects and Engineering changes.
• Experience leading engineering changes and problem-solving methodologies.
• Automotive customer-launch exposure is a plus.
• Experience in other functions (Project engineering, etc.) is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Faurecia/FORVIA tools and standards for Program Management and Engineering Change Management.
• Identify quality objectives in transfer projects and develop a quality management plan.
• Approve Production Validation Test and ensure milestones are met.
• Lead development of measurement fixtures and sampling for transfers and changes.
• Maintain conformity, traceability, and perceived quality across development phases.
• Support Plant Quality Leader until transfer to Manufacturing.
