Hubbell Incorporated in Monterrey, MX seeks a Quality Management leader to establish, document and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and drive ongoing improvement aligned with regulatory requirements. You will oversee operational control, audits, and process documentation while mentoring teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in leading audits.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Ability to implement statistical tools.
• Ability to travel periodically on business-related trips.
• Ability to write clear work instructions and QMS documents in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints, engineering sketches, and technical documents to resolve appropriate measurement methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• A person committed to striving for lean manufacturing processes and/or six sigma initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Facilitate annual surveillance audits, as well as customer quality audits
• Maintain and ensure organizational processes and procedures are accurate
• Conduct both internal and external supplier audits
• Coordinate Quality Control inspections
• Conduct project FMEAs and interface with customers regarding warranty claims
• Frequently interact with customers, suppliers and company associates
• Cross train team members to back-fill the Quality Dept members as needed.
• Collect quality data and provide analysis.
