Cardinal Health in Mexico City seeks an experienced quality professional to lead the quality system in line with QSR. You will drive CAPA, non-conformity handling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and safety within manufacturing operations.

Experience with PowerBI and AI knowledge is preferred, and advanced English is required. This role emphasizes process improvement, cost reduction, and adherence to regulatory standards in a medical devices environment.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in quality/manufacturing
  • Advanced English
  • Medical industry experience preferred
  • PowerBI and AI knowledge preferred

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and implement interdepartmental relations to promote QSR requirements
  • Influence quality system metrics including CAPA, training metrics, and NCR resolution
  • Manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee product quality and safety
  • Lead and assist in the resolution of non-conformities and CAPA actions
  • Lead the development of new, higher-quality processes and streamline existing ones
  • Collaborate across functions to improve processes and boost efficiency
  • Manage the operations quality control team to meet goals
  • Review and approve non-conforming material and change requests
  • Provide leadership, problem-solving, and coaching to team members
  • Coordinate root cause investigations using analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Follow safety rules to prevent accidents and environmental contingencies
  • Participate in projects to reduce plant costs
  • Validate, maintain, and establish test methods and measurement equipment

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement interdepartmental and multifunctional / organizational relations to promote the requirements of the quality system (QSR).
  • Influences the metrics of the quality system, such as corrective and preventive actions, training metrics, completion metrics and resolution of complaints, NCR, etc.
  • Manages quality systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of the product in accordance with the quality system.
  • Manage, lead and / or assist in the resolution of non-conformities and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Lead the development of new and better-quality processes; Streamline existing processes.
  • Collaborate in all functions to improve processes and boost efficiency.
  • Manage the operations quality control team to ensure that the goals are met
  • Review-approve non-conforming material and change requests.
  • Provides leadership and facilitates problem solving, resource utilization, career guidance, coaching, and mentoring of team members.
  • Provides experience in the manufacturing operations of medical devices, including verification and validation of processes and test methods.
  • Coordinates with multifunctional team root cause investigations using analytical and problem-solving skills: root cause analysis.
  • Follow the safety rules to avoid accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental contingencies within the plant.
  • Participate and elaborate projects to reduce plant costs.
  • Responsible of the validation, maintenance and establishment of test methods and measurement equipment.

Qualifications
