Job summary

BOE Technology Group in Baja California, Tijuana, is seeking a Process Quality or Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee quality management across manufacturing sites and supplier networks. The role focuses on process quality assurance, supplier quality improvements, and early issue detection.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Science and Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related field, with strong exposure to quality systems, SIPs, and 8D problem

Qualifications

Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Science and Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee process quality management operations and develop customer-centric quality production strategies.
Improve quality performance at the customer end and ensure satisfaction through closed-loop analysis of issues.
Drive continuous quality improvements at local manufacturing sites and implement early warning systems for anomalies.
Collaborate with suppliers to achieve quality objectives and drive internal improvements in material quality standards.
Monitor and resolve material-related issues during new product phases, ensuring design, mold, and supplier corrections are implemented.
Investigate material-related defects, issue 8D reports, and ensure timely root-cause resolution.
