Emerson is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure product quality from design through delivery. You will coordinate inspections, investigate defects, and drive improvements while aligning with international standards. The role emphasizes preventive actions, process control, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

You will also analyze customer returns, support certifications, and lead improvement initiatives, traveling as required to foster quality across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Bilingual 95% proficiency required.
• 2 years of experience in quality assurance with statistical control.
• Experience in design of experiments and cause-and-effect analysis.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90%.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate in-process and final product inspection.
• Research causes of product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Implement improvements to the quality system and actions to prevent defects.
• Perform customer returns (SR) analysis and respond to corrective actions.
• Monitor and report compliance with annual objectives, scrap and ppm goals.
• Coordinate non-conforming material (Process - Supplier).
• Participate in process QA of new products (Pilot Runs).
• Verify proper implementation of the quality system and daily application.
• Support certification activities (ASME, CSA, PED, NB, UV, etc.).
• Support projects/improvements for Fromex by corporate or management.
