Schneider Electric in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support customer product deployment and prepare new products for high-volume manufacturing. You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to define quality requirements and documentation for pilot builds.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, PFMEA/PPAP familiarity, and ensuring traceability and quality checks before production.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of professional manufacturing experience supporting assembly operations.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing quality processes and documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOMs.
• Experience with PFMEA and PPAP is highly relevant.

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings, models, and BOMs to identify quality requirements.
• Create inspection plans and quality records for new materials.
• Coordinate PPAP activities from identification to final approval.
• Create PFMEAs for pilot manufacturing processes.
• Develop production and quality checklists.
• Create test scripts for Certified Test Reports and Factory Test Procedures.
• Support traceability requirements for critical components.
• Audit pilot builds for components, assemblies, and labels.
• Identify improvement opportunities during pilot builds and update docs.
