The role focuses on monitoring quality metrics, root-cause analysis, and developing dashboards using Power BI, Snowflake, or Sisense to improve yields and reporting. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate's or Bachelor's) or educational/workforce development program such as Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification.
• Graduation date in May-July 2027.
• Field of study for related roles such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or IT Systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line quality metrics, identify deviations, and support corrective actions.
• Investigate hardware anomalies and manufacturing defects to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, quality checklists, and logs for compliance with standards.
• Develop scripts to streamline data collection and automate quality reporting from manufacturing floor and field performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and supply chain teams to improve process efficiency and yield.
