Jabil is seeking to represent the quality function of technical support at our Monterrey, MX site as part of a cross-functional team addressing manufacturing issues. You will develop QA plans, support quoting, inspect processes, train staff, manage documentation, and drive supplier collaboration to improve quality and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with related experience and entails liaising with internal groups to ensure ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of programming or MES systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting activities.
• Support all quoting activities in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Support training programs by development and implementation of specialized training sessions.
• Review and maintain documentation files; develop systems for storage and access.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies; coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer, supplier and internal.
• Participate in vendor survey activities as applicable.
• Drive proactive participation with suppliers and aid in process improvement efforts.
• Interface with all departments regarding ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation.
• Monitor departmental activities and provide technical and logistical guidance to quality engineering staff.
• Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with customers as needed.
