Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Engineer II to join the Quality Management team onsite. The role emphasizes designing inspection and testing methods, performing QA tests with statistical analyses, and driving continuous improvement in production processes.

You will investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions while ensuring documentation complies with GLP, GMP and ISO standards across global operations.

Formación

• University degree (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and implementing inspection, testing methods.
• Ability to perform QA tests and statistical analyses to assess risk.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, ISO and Six Sigma standards.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Quality Engineer II Quality Management Quality Assurance Professional P2 Quality Assurance Engineering

• Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
• Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment
• Conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis to assess the level of control and manage product quality risks
• Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action
• Ensures that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements Designs, implements and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution. Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment and finished products. Performs analysis of reports and production data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. GLP, GMP, ISO, Six Sigma).
