Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Engineer II to contribute to quality management and assurance across production processes. The role focuses on developing, applying, and maintaining QA systems, with emphasis on inspection methods, testing processes, and data-driven decision making.

The position requires a university degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a fully onsite work model at a Regal Rexnord office.

Formación

• Requires university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant quality assurance experience or an advanced degree.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain QA protocols and methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product and production equipment quality.
• Design and analyze inspection processes and testing mechanisms.
• Perform QA tests and statistical analysis to assess process control and quality risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action.
• Ensure corrective actions and deviations meet reliability standards and regulatory requirements.
