Eaton seeks a Quality Engineer to support the Reynosa plant with in-process and customer quality issues, lead PPAP activities, and drive inspection and control methods. The role includes ISO 9001:2015 and IATF:16949 compliance, and participation in APQP, LPA, and MRB processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor in Engineering and 2-3 years of related experience, with strong English/Spanish communication and problem solving skills for continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in engineering related field.
• 2-3 years of quality engineering experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support Reynosa plant with in-process and customer quality issues.
• Visit customers regularly and maintain communication on concerns.
• Lead PPAP and APQP activities to complete packages.
• Develop control plans, PFMEAs, and SCP charts.
• Support QMS implementation and internal audits.
• Lead continuous improvement and LPA/ MRB activities.
