BRP seeks a Maintenance and Plant Engineering Manager to lead projects and maintain infrastructure facilities and production equipment at the Ciudad Juárez site, ensuring regulatory compliance and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.
Required: Engineering degree with 4+ years in maintenance management, strong analytical and leadership skills, and experience with SAP/CMMS and the MS Power Platform to drive reliability and energy efficiency initiatives.
