Continental sucht eine qualitätsorientierte Fachkraft zur Überwachung von Prozessen und Produkten in der Automotive-Industrie. Sie koordinieren Kundenbesuche, bereiten PPAP-Dokumentationen vor und arbeiten an der Entwicklung lokaler Qualitätsverfahren.

Sie verfügen über 5+ Jahre Industrieerfahrung, Kenntnisse in ISO9001, Core-Tools und Auditor-Fähigkeiten; SAP/Oracle-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert. Spannende Kostenreduktionsprojekte und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und QA warten.

Formación

• Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierung, Produktion oder Qualität.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Industrie-/Automotive-Sektor.
• Erfahrung mit Kundenanforderungen in Prozess- und Produktüberwachung.
• Kenntnisse in Fehlerursachenanalyse und Bewertungsmethoden.
• Umgang mit Nichtkonformität und Freigabeprozessen.
• SAP, Oracle oder vergleichbare ERP-Systeme.
• Kenntnisse von ISO 9001 und Core Tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP).
• Interne/Lead Auditor Kenntnisse; ISO19011.
• Messgerätekunde wie Mikrometer, Messschieber etc.

Responsabilidades

• Implementieren und überwachen von Prozess- und Produktmonitoring.
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Standards während der Lebensdauer des Produkts eingehalten werden.
• Dokumentation der Monitoring-Ergebnisse.
• Kundenbesuche koordinieren und PPAP-Dokumentation vorbereiten.
• Entwicklung und Pflege lokaler Qualitätsverfahren.
• Beitrag zu Kostenreduktionsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und QA.

Job Description

Process and product monitor

• Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving
• Ensure that all standards are meet during the product life time
• Document monitoring results
• Hold and segregate material in case results are not achieving spec

Customer

• Coordinate customer visits
• Fullfill CSR
• Solve customer complaints and implement actions
• Prepare and share PPAP documentation to Customer

Methods & Standards

• Development and maintenance of local quality procedures
• Development of Visual Aids and verification work instructions
• Create and update Control Plan
• Assess and determine test methods map with customer requirements

Development

• Participate in development projects
• Represent testing and provide test results in assigned working groups
• Participate in cost reduction projects in cooperation with PPI, production and QA

Quality

• Implement and evaluate quality assurance verification
• Document and notify QA results
• Improve quality KPI
• Audit proces, product and system

Measurment

• Ensure compliance with customer and organization requirements by following work instructions and technical standards.
• Support and ensure use of calibrated test devices and test devices
• Ensure the execution/implementation of the action plans related to KPIs as well as improvements in the department

Qualifications

• 'Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality or related areas.
• '5+ year of experience in the industrial/Automotive sector.
• Experience with regard to customer expectations in process and product monitoring
• Knowledge of the different types of product defects, secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection
• Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems
• Handling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid scapes
• Knowledge of ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Knowledge of the ISO9001
• Knowledge of core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA,CP,APQP, PPAP)
• Knowledge of Internal/Lead Auditor
• Knowledge of ISO19011 for Auditig
• Knowledge on measurement instrument such as: Caliper, micrometers, π tape, etc
