• Ausbildung in Maschinenbau oder Elektroingenieurwesen, Automatisierung, Produktion, Qualität oder verwandte Bereiche.
• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie/Automobilbranche.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kundenerwartungen in Prozess- und Produktüberwachung.
• Kenntnisse unterschiedlicher Produktausfallarten, sichere Klassifizierung des Produktzustands durch Sichtprüfung.
• Kenntnisse von Bewertungsmethoden für Prozesse und Produkte und Fehlerursachenanalyse.
• Umgang mit Non-Conformance-Material und Trenngschritten zur Vermeidung von Ausschuss.
• Kenntnisse ERP-Systeme (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Kenntnisse ISO9001
• Kernwerkzeuge (MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP)
• Kenntnisse Internal/Lead Auditor
• Kenntnisse ISO19011 für Auditing

Responsabilidades

• Prozess- und Produktüberwachung implementieren und verbessern.
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Standards während der Produktlebensdauer eingehalten werden.
• Überwachungsergebnisse dokumentieren.
• Material bei Abweichungen kennzeichnen und trennen.
• Kundenschnittstellen koordinieren
• CSR erfüllen
• Kundennachfragen lösen und Maßnahmen umsetzen
• PPAP-Dokumentation dem Kunden bereitstellen
• Entwicklung lokaler Qualitätsprozesse erstellen und pflegen
• Visuelle Hilfsmittel und Arbeitsanweisungen erstellen/prüfen
• Control Plan erstellen/aktualisieren
• Testmethoden entsprechend Kundenanforderungen mapping bzw. bestimmen
• Entwicklung an Projekten teilnehmen
• Tests vertreten und Ergebnisse in Arbeitsgruppen liefern
• Kostenreduktionsprojekte in Kooperation mit PPI, Produktion und QA unterstützen
• Qualität verifizieren und Audits durchführen
• QA-Ergebnisse dokumentieren
• Qualitäts-KPI verbessern
• Prozess-, Produkt- und Systemaudits durchführen
• Sicherstellen der Übereinstimmung mit Vorgaben und Standardprozessen

Job Description

Process and product monitor

• Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving
• Ensure that all standards are meet during the product life time
• Document monitoring results
• Hold and segregate material in case results are not achieving spec

Customer

• Coordinate customer visits
• Fullfill CSR
• Solve customer complaints and implement actions
• Prepare and share PPAP documentation to Customer

Methods & Standards

• Development and maintenance of local quality procedures
• Development of Visual Aids and verification work instructions
• Create and update Control Plan
• Assess and determine test methods map with customer requirements

Development

• Participate in development projects
• Represent testing and provide test results in assigned working groups
• Participate in cost reduction projects in cooperation with PPI, production and QA

Quality

• Implement and evaluate quality assurance verification
• Document and notify QA results
• Improve quality KPI
• Audit proces, product and system

Measurment

• Ensure compliance with customer and organization requirements by following work instructions and technical standards.
• Support and ensure use of calibrated test devices and test devices
• Ensure the execution/implementation of the action plans related to KPIs as well as improvements in the department

Qualifications

• 'Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Production, Quality or related areas.

• '5+ year of experience in the industrial/Automotive sector.

• Experience with regard to customer expectations in process and product monitoring

• Knowledge of the different types of product defects, secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection

• Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems

• Handling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid scapes

• Knowledge of ERP System (SAP, Oracle, etc)

• Knowledge of the ISO9001

• Knowledge of core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA,CP,APQP, PPAP)

• Knowledge of Internal/Lead Auditor

• Knowledge of ISO19011 for Auditig

• Knowledge on measurement instrument such as: Caliper, micrometers, π tape, etc
