ABB in Mexico is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to support the low voltage team in San Luis Potosí. You will conduct test protocols, ensure products and software meet requirements, and participate in FAT and internal testing to release compliant solutions.

The role emphasizes data collection, root cause analysis, and collaboration with suppliers, production, and engineering to uphold safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic or Electronics Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of ANSI, UL and IEEE standards.
• Experience with electrical safety controls.
• Hands-on experience in relay programming and control systems.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct test protocols to ensure products, systems, or software meet requirements and customer expectations.
• Support supplier, production, testing and engineering quality activities.
• Participate in quality-related training and promote quality and integrity.
• Collect, record and evaluate data per ABB specifications and applicable standards.
