Schneider Electric in Tlaxcala, Mexico is offering an internship as a Continuos Improvement Quality Intern to support quality improvement initiatives, track customer issues, and gain practical skills that prepare you for a career in manufacturing and quality.

You will drive collaboration across plants, follow up on actions, analyze data, and develop governance for New Offers Projects using tools like JIRA, Excel, Planner, and Visio.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with graduation expected Dec 2027 or later.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• English skills preferred for collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution and governance of New Offers Projects across multiple manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams.
• Follow up on open actions, identify roadblocks, and connect stakeholders to accelerate problem resolution.
• Validate action status, supporting evidence, and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
