Job summary

Schneider Electric in Tlaxcala, Mexico invites a proactive student to join the TPM team on a preventive maintenance standardization project. You will help improve and implement standardized procedures for maintenance execution, monitoring, and control, with emphasis on collaboration with the TPM Engineer.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and standardization of operational processes.
• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective communication skills to train, align, and engage personnel.
• Currently studying mechatronics/maintenance or related field, graduating Dec 2027 or later.

• Improve and implement a standard preventive maintenance document.
• Establish clear and consistent procedures for execution, monitoring, and control.
• Collaborate with the TPM Engineer and technical team to ensure alignment.
