Continental in Mexico's Aguascalientes plant is seeking a motivated student to support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and CBS tools, contributing to operational excellence. You will assist in Kaizen events, 5S, Visual Management, and standard work, while gaining practical experience in manufacturing operations, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Active student in engineering or related field.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Basic knowledge of Lean tools and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Bi).
• Intermediate English.
• Analytical, organized and able to work in a team.
• Proactive with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to plant areas on continuous improvement and CBS.
• Identify opportunities and assist process optimization projects.
• Assist CBS tools: 5S, Visual Management (VM), Standard Work (SW), SPS, LSW.
• Support internal improvement audits and follow up CBS indicators.
• Participate in Kaizen workshops and cross-functional activities.
• Promote continuous improvement culture and organizational change.
• Assist basic training on CBS tools for staff.
• Maintain communication with improvement network for coordination.
