inDrive Group is seeking a QA Group Lead in Mexico to oversee a team of QA Specialists within the CS Operational Excellence department. You will drive quality evaluations, governance, and calibration across the region, reporting to the QA Manager.

This role combines people leadership with hands-on QA analytics, coaching, and process improvements to ensure accurate assessments and timely, data-driven insights for stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years in Quality Assurance, Customer Support, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in quality monitoring, evaluations, and calibration processes.
• Experience coaching or coordinating others across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 5-7 QA Specialists within the assigned scope.
• Distribute and prioritize workload across the team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop QA Specialist competencies.
• Monitor individual and team performance against quality KPIs.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Lead calibration sessions and maintain quality governance standards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to QA management.
