BENTELER Group is seeking a Professional-level Quality Management specialist in Puebla, Mexico to ensure successful project launches. You will translate customer requirements into internal quality standards, lead PFMEA and PPAP activities, and collaborate closely with production teams.

The role requires advanced automotive QA experience, IATF 16949 knowledge, strong problem solving, and willingness to travel to other sites or customer locations.

Formación

• Advanced quality experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and Core Tools.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and business English.
• Willingness to travel to alternative production sites or customer locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality activities to assure successful project launches.
• Translate customer specs into internal quality requirements.
• Support feasibility studies, tolerance development and poka-yoke planning.
• Assist prototype production and delivery approvals.
• Develop test methods and gauges; approve concepts.
• Coordinate with gauge suppliers during development and launch.
• Lead team in process flow, control plans and PFMEA.
• Maintain failure analysis and hand-off to plant.
• Support internal run@rate and audits.
• Manage PPAP and launch activities.
• Statistically evaluate dimensions (Pp, Ppk, Cp, Cpk).
• Collaborate with production to achieve hand-off quality.
• Lead initial part stack-up analysis.
• Lead customer meetings through SOP.
