Simera is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. You will evaluate processes, products, and services to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, problem solving, and detailed documentation across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
• Experience creating and maintaining quality documentation.
• Strong understanding of process evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze processes, products, and services to identify quality issues and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, checklists, and documentation.
• Conduct quality reviews, inspections, audits, and testing activities.
• Monitor processes and performance against established quality standards and requirements.
• Identify, document, investigate, and track defects, errors, and quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Review data and quality metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records of quality reviews, findings, corrective actions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve quality issues.
• Validate that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure processes and deliverables follow established company standards and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall quality.
• Communicate quality findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and standards.
