IFF in Tecomán, Colima (onsite) is seeking a quality analyst to uphold product quality through analytical testing within a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes data accuracy, equipment calibration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will generate documentation, perform pass/fail assessments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. English proficiency and strong attention to detail are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in quality analysis or production processes (preferred).
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate English level.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with good organizational skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night, 6 days on / 2 days off).

Responsabilidades

• Perform analytical evaluation of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate, and finished products
• Execute pass/fail determinations during analytical inspections using defined controls
• Conduct confirmatory testing for non-conforming analyses
• Generate analytical documentation and accurately record data in systems and databases
• Verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Prepare solutions, reagents, and manage laboratory supplies
• Provide timely and reliable analytical information to internal and external customers
• Participate in quality alerts, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives
