Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V. seeks a senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead non-manufacturing QA across engineering and services. You will oversee audits, improve processes, and ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.

The role requires extensive QA leadership experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen and CQI membership are highly valued within a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Experience in a QA Management role within engineering/manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Membership of a professional body (e.g., Chartered Quality Institute) and quality systems certification.
• Training in internal and external auditing to ISO 9001.
• Knowledge and experience in an Integral Quality System.
• Around ten years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company regarding all matters of quality.
• Manage and update the Company Management Manual.
• Coordinate the definition and distribution of Company Procedures.
• Plan and supervise Quality System Audits and implement corrective actions.
• Provide assistance and technical expertise on quality matters to other units and projects.
• Evaluate the quality systems of suppliers and subcontractors during pre-qualification.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Profession (Job Category): Quality Management Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: iThe Opportunity Business Process Quality work focuses on developing, identifying, analyzing, and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not related to manufacturing), including: Applying process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc. Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc. Planning, implementing, quality assurance, and compliance processes. Some organizations may include supporting the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures. Includes Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen practitioners working in a non-manufacturing environment.

Your Background Experience in a QA Management Role within an Engineering/Manufacturing site or similar industry, or experience in QA in a similar field, and a relevant formal qualification would be preferred Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Membership of relevant professional body – (Chartered Quality Institute) Certified in quality sistems and related Must have training in internal and external auditing to ISO 9001 Knowledge and experience in an Integral Quality System Ten (10) years of experience in related functions.
