Versigent is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to manage and improve the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 and Ford Customer Requirements. This role includes audit management, training development, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of core automotive tools.

Formación

• 3+ years coordinating an IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
• Experience supporting Ford production programs.
• Experience leading customer, certification, and internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of Ford Customer Specific Requirements.

YOUR ROLE

The IATF 16949 & Ford Customer Requirements Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, Ford Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), Q1 requirements, FEWMR objectives, and company standards.

This position ensures ongoing compliance with automotive quality system requirements, customer expectations, and certification standards through effective management of audits, customer-specific requirements, corrective actions, management reviews, risk management, performance monitoring, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison for Ford quality system requirements and drives organizational readiness for customer, certification, and internal audits.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Advanced knowledge of IATF 16949
• Strong knowledge of Ford Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs)
• Experience maintaining Ford Q1 status
• Experience managing and reporting FEWMR performance
• Knowledge of Ford customer portals, scorecards, and reporting systems
• Strong understanding of Automotive Core Tools: APQP,PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA & SPC
• Advanced problem-solving methodologies: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa & Root Cause Analysis
• Internal Auditor certification (preferred)
• Experience leading customer, certification, and internal audits
• Risk management and contingency planning experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• English: Advanced (verbal and written)

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating an IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
• Experience supporting Ford production programs.
• Experience interacting directly with Ford customers.
• Experience with Q1 maintenance and customer scorecards.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional compliance initiatives.
