Versigent seeks a Quality Engineer to maintain and improve the QMS in line with IATF 16949 and Ford CSR requirements. You will coordinate audits, corrective actions, and risk management while driving continuous improvements across processes and supplier performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of Ford CSRs, Q1 status, and FEWMR reporting, with strong domain tools and excellent communication in English. Join a team delivering automotive quality excellence.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of IATF 16949 is required.
• Strong knowledge of Ford Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
• Experience maintaining Ford Q1 status.
• Experience managing and reporting FEWMR performance.
• Knowledge of Ford customer portals, scorecards, and reporting systems.
• Solid understanding of Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA & SPC.
• Advanced problem-solving methodologies: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa & Root Cause Analysis.
• Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
• Experience leading customer, certification, and internal audits.
• Risk management and contingency planning experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• English: Advanced (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, implement, and improve the QMS per IATF 16949 and CSR requirements.
• Coordinate audits, corrective actions, management reviews, and risk management.
• Manage FEWMR performance and ensure compliance with Q1 standards.
• Serve as liaison for Ford quality system requirements and audits.
• Report on supplier and process performance; lead continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

The IATF 16949 & Ford Customer Specific Requirements Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, Ford Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), Q1 requirements, FEWMR objectives, and company standards.

This position ensures ongoing compliance with automotive quality system requirements, customer expectations, and certification standards through effective management of audits, customer-specific requirements, corrective actions, management reviews, risk management, performance monitoring, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison for Ford quality system requirements and drives organizational readiness for customer, certification, and internal audits.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Advanced knowledge of IATF 16949
• Strong knowledge of Ford Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs)
• Experience maintaining Ford Q1 status
• Experience managing and reporting FEWMR performance
• Knowledge of Ford customer portals, scorecards, and reporting systems
• Strong understanding of Automotive Core Tools: APQP,PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA & SPC

• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional compliance initiatives.
