Gulfstream Aerospace seeks a QA Autom Analyst II (BTW) to lead automated testing efforts in a dynamic IT environment. You will craft test plans, scripts, and assets using Eggplant, Selenium, and related tools, ensuring robust validation of software before release.

The role requires 1+ years in automation, strong programming skills (Java/Python), and hands-on experience with test management frameworks, IDEs, and version control. Travel up to 25% and team-based collaboration are expected.

QA Autom Analyst II (BTW) in BT West

The candidate must have:

• 1+ years of proven track record of building and deploying automated tests in a software development environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a team environment
• Experience coding in Java, Python, or similar languages
• Knowledge of, and preferably experience in, the use of test management tools and test automation frameworks
• Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Great attitude, proactive and service-driven
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible with a sense of urgency
• Embodies resiliency and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Due to business travel, a valid US Visa is required

General Qualifications

• Helps validate IT processes through careful testing to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives
• Able to develop test plans and scripts based on deep analysis of data in support of business cases, projects, and/or system requirements
• Able to identify and dissect workflows, create and validate test assets, and support multiple customers and projects concurrently
• 1+ years working under the SDLC is preferred
• 1+ years working in Scrum, Kanban or SAFe is preferred
• Expertise using an IDE (IntelliJ, Visual Studio, etc)
• Experience with GIT as version control system
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Good planning, time management and organization skills
• Convey ideas and concerns clearly and effectively
• Empathetic and Results-Oriented

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and build technical documentation for new and existing solutions

Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position Purpose:Creates automated test assets (test scripts, cases, models, and frameworks) using the Eggplant test tools, Selenium (WebDriver) and Digital Automation Intelligence. Create Performance tests (load tests, volume testing and stress testing) using eggplant performance tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience in, the use of Test management tools and test Automation frameworks .
• Able to validate the effectiveness and relevance of the test assets they create against a defined test plan .
• Able to build test assets concurrently for different customers and projects, managing their own time and meeting delivery deadlines .
• Understand common end-to-end user workflows of the applications as they build test assets .
• Have an understanding in one or more modern programming languages including Java, Python, or similar languages .
• Knowledge of IT system environments/platforms and development tools .
• Development frameworks such as waterfall and scrum/agile .
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment .
• Excellent planning, time management and organization skills .
• Professional experience in quality assurance software testing as part of the development process.

• Knowledge of Performance, load, volumne and stress testing, including VUs configuration.
