You will lead the software pipeline, foster innovation, and mentor engineers while aligning with organizational goals and delivery needs. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on Python development with expert/advanced skills.
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, aligning with goals and fostering collaboration.
• Drive AI adoption and upskill teams while ensuring scalable infrastructure and ethics.
• Set up software development processes from scratch with strong foundations.
• Stay updated on Python trends and introduce relevant innovations to projects.
• Participate in SWAT activities to resolve critical challenges and minimize downtime.
• Maintain and advance knowledge of Python stack and evolving frameworks/tools.
