EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Python/React Engineer to translate business capabilities into robust frontend experiences and AI-enabled solutions. You will work across frontend product engineering, Python data processing and hierarchical data modeling, delivering visualization-friendly UI and scalable architecture.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in React engineering with modern component patterns and asynchronous UI flows.
• Background in Web Vitals, Real User monitoring and experimentation.
• Expertise in building complex interactive UIs such as graph editors, workflow builders, diagramming tools or canvas-heavy applications, hierarchical data structures and taxonomies.
• Proficiency in frontend state management, including React Context + reducer patterns and interaction history (undo/redo).
• Skills in Python data processing, scripting, automation and API integration.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, STOMP/Websocket and backend-driven content sources.
• Practical testing experience with Vitest, Playwright or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with Generative UI and MCPs.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration across business/technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Build and extend React experiences for capability map exploration, search, filtering, scoring and discovery.
• Maintenance of Python scripts that ingest, normalize and transform capability taxonomy data from APIs.
• Improvement of data-shaping and tree-building logic powering hierarchical UI experiences and map navigation.
• Integration of evolving Knowledge Base and AI services into catalog workflows and discovery experiences.
• Validation of AI-assisted code, UI generation and data transformations with engineering standards.
• Work within a micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo environment and integrate with Orchestrator APIs.
• Contribution to experimentation, testing, build reliability, deployment automation and engineering best practices.
