Satyam Venture Engineering Services in Mexico City is seeking a skilled Python developer with strong test automation experience to join our QA-focused team.

You will design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts, train teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Python and automation, with CI/CD familiarity and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Python development and test automation.
• Strong Python programming with experience in test automation frameworks.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with teamwork focus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide ongoing support and training for team members on test automation tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Work closely with software developers to understand application requirements and implement effective test strategies.
• Continuously enhance existing test automation frameworks for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in the test automation process, providing timely solutions and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for test automation processes, frameworks, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback on programming and test automation practices.
• Engage actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

You will be responsible for creating automated test scripts, supporting and training team members, and ensuring the quality of our software products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective test strategies.

Requirements
