Satyam Venture Engineering Services Private Limited in Mexico is seeking a Python-focused professional to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality across software products.

You will train team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve test strategies and processes in an agile environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Python development and test automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in test automation frameworks
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide ongoing support and training for team members on test automation tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Work closely with software developers to understand application requirements and implement effective test strategies.
• Continuously enhance existing test automation frameworks for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in the test automation process, providing timely solutions and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for test automation processes, frameworks, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback on programming and test automation practices.
• Engage actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
