• Proven experience developing and executing public affairs, government affairs, or healthcare policy strategies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and public policy environments.
• Experience building and managing relationships with government authorities, healthcare institutions, policymakers, and industry associations.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and interpret legislative developments and their business implications.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, and advocacy skills.
• Commitment to compliance, ethics, and responsible stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the country-level Public Affairs strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Shape healthcare policy and regulatory frameworks to support innovation and patient access.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government authorities, public healthcare institutes, and industry associations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans to advance public affairs and policy objectives.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on Ipsen’s operations and market access.
• Provide policy intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reimbursement, formulary inclusion, and public procurement.
• Support disease awareness and public health campaigns consistent with product value propositions.
