HSBC is hiring a Protective Security Manager in Mexico City to lead security controls across physical and electronic countermeasures. You will oversee access controls, CCTV, guard operations and executive protection to secure the site and support business continuity.

The role requires 8–10 years of security experience, with at least 4 years in physical security. Strong budgeting, vendor management, and English/local language skills are essential.

Formación

• Eight to ten years of security experience with at least four years in physical security.
• Experience with access control, electronic surveillance, and guarding manpower.
• Budgeting and liaison with civic authorities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure systems comply with Group and Regional standards and report on countermeasures.
• Oversee electronic access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and visitor management.
• Protect, manage, and audit site access cards and badges.
• Maintain data retention as prescribed.
• Manage guard services SLAs and vendor coordination with regular meetings.
• Develop post orders for guard positions and deliver monthly guard training.
• Identify local risks and develop targeted countermeasures.
