HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico City is seeking a Protective Security Manager to implement physical and electronic countermeasures, access control, and guard operations to ensure a secure environment for the site.

The role requires deep experience in managing security programs, coordinating with vendors, and delivering training on security post orders and risk mitigation. Fluency in English and the local language is expected.

Formación

• Eight to ten years security experience with minimum four years in physical security.
• Experience with access control, electronic surveillance systems, managing guarding manpower and budgeting.
• Fluent in English and local language; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement countermeasures and security controls at the site.
• Manage access control, CCTV, visitor management and guard services.
• Develop and maintain post orders; deliver guard training monthly.
• Identify local risks and develop targeted countermeasures to protect the site.
• Monitor contract SLAs and coordinate with vendors and security teams.
