PepsiCo in Mexico City is seeking a Security leader to manage executive protection programs at the PMF level and shape Patrimonial Protection criteria. You will oversee electronic surveillance and security operations, coordinating resources and staff to safeguard high‑level executives and assets.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in protection programs, strong decision‑making, and fluency in English, with readiness to travel as required.

Formación

• Degree in Law, Public Security or similar.
• 5–7 years in executive and patrimonial protection.
• Desirable safety certifications (EP, CPP, CPO, CSSM, PSP, PSI).
• Knowledge of Criminal Codes and Official Mexican Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for managing, planning and operating Executive Protection schemes at the PMF level in Mexico.
• Plan and establish the Patrimonial Protection criteria at the PMF level.
• Responsible for Electronic Surveillance and Security at PMF level.
