HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico City seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery of complex initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and ensure benefits realization with strong governance and reporting to key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have banking/change project experience and PMP or equivalent certification, with a focus on delivering at pace and maintaining personal integrity.

Formación

• Project management experience in banking/change projects.
• Experience reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and benefits realization.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver project milestones within scope, time, and budget.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders and provide regular status updates to the Steering Committee.
• Ensure governance processes are applied consistently across projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve outcomes.
• Drive change management and benefits realization.
