SEGULA Technologies is seeking a technical program manager for automotive cooling systems. You will act as the primary contact between the cooling design team and cross-functional areas such as program management, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure functional and cost targets are met.

Requirements include a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred) and 8+ years in automotive cooling/HVAC. Travel up to 20% across North America is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or ABET-accredited equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience in automotive cooling/HVAC at OEM or Tier-1.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience managing suppliers and external partners with multiple concurrent activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive level presentation experience.
• Travel 10–20% to supplier facilities and plants across North America.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical program manager for cooling system design across vehicle lines.
• Lead lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life.
• Support concept studies, packaging, thermal design, and cost/weight analysis.
• Lead launch activities, change management, and continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate issue resolution across engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
• Provide on-site plant support and act as primary technical contact for triage.
