SEGULA Technologies in Mexico is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the end-to-end design, development, validation, and release of cooling components for automotive programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, safety, and quality, while applying APQP, DFSS, and DFMEA methodologies, and using CAE tools to optimize designs.

The role also involves managing suppliers, coordinating timing milestones, and integrating cooling components into the vehicle

Formación

• Experience designing and validating cooling components.
• Knowledge of APQP and DFSS methodologies.
• Ability to lead DVP&R and DFMEA documentation.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing suppliers and integration into vehicle architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design, development, validation, and release of cooling components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, safety, and quality.
• Create and manage DVP&R and DFMEA for cooling components.
• Coordinate tasks to meet program timing milestones.
• Apply APQP principles to guide development and launches.
• Use CAE tools to run simulations and optimize designs.
• Utilize tools like KULI, STAR CCM, CATIA V5, NX, Vis Mockup, TeamCenter for design communication.
• Apply DFSS to improve quality and reliability.
• Manage suppliers to meet technical requirements and delivery.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and quality teams for integration.
