Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking an experienced cooling systems engineer to manage thermal system responsibilities from concept through end of life. You will ensure performance across radiators, condensers, fans, oil coolers, heaters, valves, pumps, and chillers while meeting cost and schedule targets.

Responsibilities include supporting concept studies, design, prototype procurement, supplier management, sourcing, and validation.

Qualifications

• Experience with thermal system design, validation, and prototyping processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage technical issues across program stages.
• Strong supplier management and sourcing capabilities for automotive cooling components.

Responsibilities

• Manage cooling system responsibilities from concept to end of life.
• Ensure radiator, condenser, fans, oil coolers, heaters, valves, pumps, and chillers meet functional and performance requirements.
• Deliver on cost, weight, investment, timing, and quality objectives.
• Support concept studies, thermal design, prototype procurement, supplier management, sourcing, and validation.
• Coordinate issue resolution across engineering and quality at all program stages.
• Act as launch lead for cooling systems, supporting plant development onsite, triaging issues, communicating status, and managing resources.
