Descripción de la vacante

Siemens Energy seeks an experienced facilities/real estate professional to manage the León site operations, space provisioning, and services within budget and company guidelines. The role focuses on daily execution of real estate operations, alignment with SE strategy, and long-term asset value protection.

Responsibilities include defining maintenance strategy, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainability and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with Finance and DA.

Formación

  • University degree in Engineering, Architecture or related areas.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in corporate property management, facilities management, location management or similar roles.
  • Interpreting authority and decision making for projects.

Responsabilidades

  • Site & Real Estate Operations Management: Ensure León site operates optimally by executing property and Real Estate strategies aligned with global SE objectives and local needs.
  • Maintenance Strategy & Asset Protection: Define and oversee the local maintenance strategy for repairs, upgrades and asset value protection.
  • Vendor Management & Compliance: Manage FM/FS providers, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Financial & Data Management: Own local operational data and support reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking with Finance.
  • Stakeholder & Risk Management: Maintain relationships with BUs/users, align RE standards and manage operational risks.
  • Continuous Improvement, Sustainability & Digitalization: Drive CIP, energy efficiency and digitalization projects with DA.

Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Leon Location, as well as the provision of space and services in line with the requirements of Siemens Energy and the property at stake and within the given framework of budget, RE’s strategy, specifications and guidelines. It is a more operational role, focusing on the execution and (daily) operations of real estate object or unit in line with the needs of SE and the requirements of SE RE, ensuring optimal performance of Leon Location in alignment with the broader global real estate strategy and company goals.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Site & Real Estate Operations Management: Ensure optimal operational performance of the León site by executing property and Real Estate (FMS, maintenance, FM) strategies aligned with global SE objectives and local business needs.
  • Maintenance Strategy & Asset Protection: Define, implement, and oversee the local maintenance strategy, ensuring proper repairs, upgrades, modernization, and long‑term asset value protection.
  • Vendor Management & Compliance: Manage and monitor FM, FS, and security service providers, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, regulatory adherence, EHS execution, and alignment with SE internal standards.
  • Financial & Data Management: Own local operational data (FMS, maintenance) and ensure accuracy and timeliness for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking in collaboration with Finance.
  • Stakeholder & Risk Management: Maintain strong relationships with local BUs and users, align requirements with RE standards, ensure user satisfaction, identify operational risks, and support emergency response coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement, Sustainability & Digitalization: Drive CIP initiatives, sustainability actions (energy efficiency, renewables, certifications), and digitalization/automation efforts in collaboration with DA to optimize processes and site performance.
What You Bring
  • University degree in Engineering, Architecture or related areas. Specialized training in Facility Management or real estate management will be valued
  • Minimum 5-7 years in corporate property management, facilities management, location management or similar roles.
  • Realizes extent of authority and limitations necessary to successfully complete projects.
  • Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimum guidance and must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
  • Languages: Intermate English (minimum B1), both written and spoken.
  • Computer skills: Advanced handling of MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP and real estate management tools (FMS, One PM, Project), use of AI (artificial intelligence) and tools for data analysis. Interpersonal skills: Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
