Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for diverse clients. You will oversee scope, budgets, timelines, and multi-team coordination across nearshore and remote delivery teams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, quality outcomes, and accountability. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software PM, strong Agile experience, and ability to align with US business hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.

• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third‑party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
