Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex software development programs from our Mexico office. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage external deadlines, and ensure delivery to clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Jira/Asana. You will work with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams and champion best practices in governance.

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third‑party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate‑based acceptance criteria and client‑facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non‑technical clients and executives.

• Experience coordinating third‑party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
