Job summary

Bluelight is seeking an experienced software project manager to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across US-LATAM projects. You will coordinate Agile/Scrum or Kanban processes, ensure client expectations are met, and align delivery with strategic objectives while working remotely across time zones.

Role requires overlap with US business hours and a Bachelor's degree; PMP/CSM/PSM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
