Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a Project Manager for Propulsion Systems to lead and coordinate propulsion projects, collaborating with Stellantis and internal teams to meet objectives and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, has proven experience in propulsion or automotive projects, excels in organization and communication, can work under pressure and visit the Stellantis plant 3–4 times per week, and is bilingual in English

• Proven experience in managing propulsion systems or automotive-related projects.
• Strong understanding of propulsion system components and processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Availability to visit the Stellantis plant 3-4 times per week.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee propulsion system projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Stellantis plant and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with client and company expectations.
• Conduct regular visits to the Stellantis plant to oversee project progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
