Qualifications

• PMP, PMI, and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Drives entire portfolio of projects towards meeting timelines, deliverables and objectives.
• Manages team dynamics and leads large groups in regular status meetings.
• Drives accountability across functional areas supporting product launch.
• Accurately manages timelines, date changes, communications, and risks/issues.
• Leads execution of the standard launch process for every product launch.
• Guides and trains Product Managers in executing the launch process.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert of the launch process and project management practices.
• Leads cross-functional groups to streamline processes and information flow.
• Facilitates resolution of risks and issues during a product launch.
• Leads group decision-making and prioritization of root causes and countermeasures.
• Develops process flow and standard work documents.
• Analyzes data to identify root causes and understand problems.
• Builds strong relationships with peers and Senior Managers.

Principal Accountabilities

• Project Management
• Drives entire portfolio of projects towards successfully meeting project timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
• Manages team dynamics and leads large groups in regular status meetings.
• Drives accountability across all functional areas supporting product launch.
• Accurately manages timelines, date changes, communications, and risks/ issues that arise.
• Leads the execution of the standard launch process for every product launch.
• Guides and trains all Product Managers in executing the launch process.
• Guides Product Managers and launch team in tailoring the launch process.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert of the overall launch process and of project management best practices, tools, and methodology, and assists others in planning projects.
• Process Improvement Leader
• Drives accountability and results in improvement projects.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert of Lean, Six Sigma, and the Strategic Deployment Process.
• Strategizes the approach for each process improvement project and develops implementation plan.
• Creates reports and presentations, up to an executive level audience.
• Business Operations
• Leads cross-functional groups in collaboration to streamline processes and information flow, and sets clear standards for deliverables.
• Facilitates resolution of risks and issues that arise during a product launch.
• Leads group decision-making and prioritization of root causes and countermeasures.
• Develops process flow and standard work documents.
• Analyzes data to understand problems and identify root causes.
• Relationship Management
• Builds strong relationships with peers and Senior Managers to best meet company goals and objectives.
• Manages and leverages relationships with vendors for a specific product/service (best price, best product, etc).
• Maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations.

What you will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PMI, and/or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or Green Belt) certification.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience leading regional projects involving continuous improvement, product launches, and system migrations.
• Experience working with global and multicultural teams.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
