Job summary

Epson America Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead regional initiatives related to product launches, process optimization, system migrations, and business transformation projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will guide Lean Six Sigma projects, train Product Managers, manage timelines and risks, and collaborate with global teams to deliver measurable improvements and strong stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• PMP, PMI, and/or Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience leading regional projects with continuous improvement, product launches, and system migrations.
• Experience working with global and multicultural teams.
• Ability to train, coach, and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives entire portfolio of projects to meet timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
• Leads cross-functional groups and manages risk/ issues during launches.
• Speaks to standard launch processes and SME guidance for launch governance.
• Develops process flow and standard work documentation.
• Analyzes data to identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Builds relationships with peers, senior managers, and vendors.
