Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to drive process improvements, bridge business requirements with technical solutions, and support stakeholders in optimizing workflows and data governance practices.

You will map current and future state processes, document requirements, develop BPMN flows, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. English proficiency required; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a project management or business process role with exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience with JIRA, Looker / Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
• Background in BPMN process flow creation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with process mapping and KPIs in the context of data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and detailed business process flows that can be translated into technical requirements.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to elicit, clarify, and validate process requirements.
• Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and document process improvement opportunities and potential issues in existing workflows.
• Quantify improvement opportunities and suggest tracking mechanisms where relevant.
• Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures to support process execution and implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of process improvement initiatives.
• Design wireframe models to visualize solutions based on user feedback.
• Write test cases to validate process implementation and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Define data quality KPIs, including reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor project progress and report status updates to relevant stakeholders.
